The Club is again arranging a range of activities in the Pavilion throughout the winter months.  Details are as follows:

Friday Evening Whist Nights.   6:45 for 7 o'clock starting from Friday 13th October; the Organiser is Ron Douglas.

Thursday Evening Darts Nights start on Thursday 12th October, 6:45 pm as usual for 7 o'clock start. Teams for the season will be organised before play commences. If you are/will be a regular player but CANNOT be there on 12th, please let Steve Edmonds know.

Tuesday Monthly Coffee Mornings will start on 10th October from 10.30 and continue on the second Tuesday morning each month until 6th March; the Organiser is Ron Parslow.

Saturday Afternoon Short Mat will take place each Saturday afternoon from 2 o'clock from 7th October; the Organiser is Ron Parslow.

Sunday Lunch Time Bar.  The bar will open on two Sunday lunch times each month.  It will be open from noon until 2 o’clock on the first and third Sunday of the month; the Organiser is Chris Burgess.

Bingo Night.  We will be venturing into new territory by running our first ever Bingo Night on Saturday 18th November.  A Fish and Chip Supper can be ordered on arrival with a similar choice of dishes to that used for the Friday Club Nights.  Arrival will be at 7 o’clock, to order supper, with “eyes down” at 7.30.  Whilst there will be no entry charge, the organisers need to know the number of members who are proposing to attend.  For this purpose, a poster will be displayed in the Pavilion which will include provision for marking up names.  The organisers are Janice Begent and Shirley Prentice.
