The 2018 bowling Captains, Liz Attwood & Chris Middleton presented a cheque for £1,035.91 today to Claire Woodward, Senior Partnerships Fundraiser for Princess Alice Hospice in Esher.

This money was raised by our members and members of visiting clubs to Bookham BC during the 2018 season and could now pay for:

• - 2 hours of running the wards or
• - 38 hours of a Community Princess Alice Nurse

The hospice requires over £9.9 million to provide their services and only 26% comes from the NHS; the rest has to be raised by the community.
