The ladies played the Top Club competition against Ashtead on the Bookham green yesterday evening. It was a windy and not very warm evening with a hint of rain. Not great conditions for playing this match!

Sadly after the success of Saturday it was disappointing to only win on one rink and lose on the other three, so losing the match overall.

The winning rink was Jo Shaw, Prue Miles, Julie Mayhew and Susan Mullins 19 to Ashtead 14.

Everyone played their best but sadly Ashtead were too strong for us on this occasion.

As this is a knockout competition, Bookham are now out of this competition.
