On probably the last day of bright sunshine 44 players played to gain an accumulative score for the Captain's team they had been selected for.

Captain Shirley's Team won the day with shots for 136 against Captain Richard's Team who could only muster 88.

Great fun bowling with some surprising results and interesting pairings.

This was the last event that the outgoing captains helped arrange with grateful thanks to Larry Roberts & Leslie Brownsill for their organisational skills.

Larry presented bottles of wine to each of the group winners and Leslie presented a card & bouquet to Shirley on behalf of all the club's lady bowlers.

A great way to end a very unusual season.
